Saint Peter Edge Middle School had a great time at their Fall Retreat in the beginning of November! The retreat was focused around the theme of knowing their identity as a Beloved Child of God, keeping a child-like heart in the midst of life’s challenges, and coming to know Jesus as a friend. College Missionaries gave talks to inspire the middle schoolers to experience the joy of having Jesus in their daily lives and continuation to grow in their faith! They had time to build stronger friendships with one another by playing games and sharing in small group discussions. The middle schoolers got to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Adoration with Benediction, and a reverent joyful closing Sunday Mass with the help of Father Olivere and other priests from the Catholic Church of Philadelphia. Thank you to all of your middle schoolers for attending, Core team for volunteering, and all the prayers & financial support from our incredible parish family for making this retreat possible!
